Iceberg Building Services Limited was founded in 1998 and specialised in the design and installation of air conditioning, comfort cooling and ventilation systems. Having built a reputation for first class service, which has been founded on the wide experience of the Directors and the professionalism of Iceberg's personnel, the company expanded its scope of services offered to include both Tunnel Ventilation and Fire Protection design, installation and commissioning in 2008.
Iceberg provides services in commercial and industrial organisations within the private and public sectors, and also the rail and underground industries. Iceberg provides a direct customer interface, which allows individual solutions to be developed from the customer specified requirements. This may involve detailed survey, specifications, layouts/design and the options of technical equipment suitable for the operational environment. This customer interface is backed up by Iceberg's use of dedicated personnel, fully trained in the skills required to provide support and ensure successful implementation of contracts and complete customer satisfaction.
Iceberg's ability to provide individual solutions for its customers and ensure that the high qualities of service for all elements of contracts are fulfilled creates the ongoing success of the company. Iceberg demonstrates commitment to Quality and continual improvement within its management systems through the maintenance and development of a Quality System registered to the standard ISO 9001:2008 and its association with HVCA. Iceberg actively strives to maintain safe working practices and environment as demonstrated through its Health & Safety System to the standard of ISO 18001 and its ongoing registration with REFCOM.
